At Swift Smart Learning, we strive to provide exceptional online tutoring services and a positive learning experience for every student. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial enrollment date, provided that no more than one tutoring session has been completed during that period. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at support@swiftsmartlearning.com. Refund requests must include the student’s name, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
A 100% refund will be issued when:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
- No more than one tutoring session has been attended.
- The account is in good standing and not subject to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided when:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since enrollment.
- More than one tutoring session has been completed.
- The student has received a substantial portion of the purchased tutoring package.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated with the payment provider before contacting Swift Smart Learning.
Lesson Rescheduling
Students may reschedule tutoring sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without proper notice may be considered completed and may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method used during purchase. Refund processing may take 5–30 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact Swift Smart Learning before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional review of the account.
