1. Services

Swift Smart Learning provides online educational and tutoring services for students in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Science, and test preparation programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Enrollment and Payments

All tuition fees, package fees, and other charges must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. By submitting payment, you authorize Swift Smart Learning to charge the selected payment method for the agreed services. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of tutoring services.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled classes on time.
• Maintain respectful behavior toward tutors and staff.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Participate actively in tutoring sessions.

Swift Smart Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

Tutoring sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and tutor. Students may reschedule sessions by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be considered completed and are not eligible for refunds or replacement sessions.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Students and parents should review the Refund Policy before purchasing any tutoring package or subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, lesson plans, worksheets, recordings, presentations, documents, and content provided by Swift Smart Learning remain the intellectual property of Swift Smart Learning LLC. Such materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

7. Recording of Sessions

Tutoring sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, educational support, and student review purposes. By participating in tutoring sessions, you consent to such recordings where permitted by applicable law.

8. Academic Performance Disclaimer

Swift Smart Learning provides educational assistance and tutoring services designed to support student learning. We do not guarantee specific grades, examination scores, admissions outcomes, scholarships, or academic results. Individual performance depends on many factors, including student effort, attendance, and engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Smart Learning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect user information but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet-based communications.

11. Termination

Swift Smart Learning may suspend or terminate access to services if a student or parent:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Fails to make required payments.
• Engages in abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

Swift Smart Learning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
